Should the temporary

increase of 25% be cal- culated on the amounts of the pensione alone, or on the total amount of the pensions and charitable grants.

An increase of 25% has been paid on the Widowe and Orphans pension in compliance with instruc- tions contained in Colo. nial Office letter 19/03 /20 of 29th April 1920. Should the increase noi. be paid on the extra pension.

Payment authorised by Colonial Office letter 51681/20 of 23/20. Should this pension be paid in dollars at the current rate without incrence or at the fixa rate of 3/- to the dollar plus a 25% in- crase whichever is hth- er?
